Ally, you have so many more great assets besides just your hair. Hang in there because although you're stressed, you're making a big difference in childrens lives, you're creating a beautiful home for yourself and you are far from being barren. Plus, you have friends like me who adore you. :)

Commenting about online dating sites, I would have to say that Match.com has been successful for two of my friends in finding those special ladies in their lives. Match.com can't be all that bad because my two friends have been successfully married for over seven years to those ladies that they had met through their online dating site.

Also, depends on the flavor of coffee... I like mine dark -hardly any cream. But not bitter. Maybe that means I like men who are deep thinkers and optimistic.

oh ally...I wish I could have been as strong as you when my father passed away...but I couldn't take it. It's something I will always regret not being there the last few hours. I didn't know it was the last few hours. but he wasn't there that day, like he was the day before. Your mom was so lucky she got to be home. My father was in an awful nursing home. my mother was at his side. but he wanted so desperately to go home but he was too weak and my mother was too upset and scattered to make those hospice plans come to fruition. so it was just an awful ending. My father did say to me just a day or two before, that he imagined his parents sitting in chairs waiting for him to come back to them....

Hi Ally,
I feel your pain, I lost a lot of my hair years ago. This is how it went for me...
Me: Dr. I am seriously losing my hair...why?
Dr: Well despite what people think, you can't really lose your hair because of stress. Are you stressed?
Me: About losing my hair...yes!
Dr: Well don't stress about it, it will just make you lose more hair.
Me: UHHHHHHH??????????

So he was no help. Anyway, don't worry about it, its on its way back so focus on that instead of its little vacation from your scalp. Also, it does cost a lot of money for stress management, yoga class, etc. But I think that something that helps is if you have a lot of paper work to do when you get home, pay bills, etc...go to a nice, cozy coffee shop (or your Starbucks even). Do the paper work there and just being in a calm, cozy atmosphere helps me. If you are surrounded by care free people or a chill place (or your cool cat lady you saw today) it is harder to get stressed out. Enjoy a cup of coffee and by the time you leave, your paper work is done and you should feel good about it! Good luck :)
